Yup - very similar to the one I received last year -

I received this one too, which was odd, considering that I *am* Larry Edelstein, and am not "late". And now you've got this spam on your site! Weird.

ya, i got 1 just a few days ago on the morkin company. and about 6 months ago got 1 for a shell company. as far as i know, unless they pay for everything(since they claim their lawyers)im not gonna bother with anything they send me
