On Friday, I was working from home, sitting at the kitchen counter, and kept getting distracted by the beautiful soft light on the ingredients for dinner.

Eventually I had to give in and photograph them.

So it's a food theme this week as we're gearing up to celebrate Thanksgiving in the US.

I was contacted recently by representatives of the Bloggers' Union, who said that I was out of compliance and would be kicked out of the internets if I didn't post at least one cat photo a year.
