Bee season

Earlier this summer we noticed that there was a steady stream of bees coming back and forth at Miz Becky's parents' house. A little investigation confirmed that there was in fact a hive in the wall.
A few phone calls later, we had an appointment with a beekeeper, who would extract the hive and add the bees to his own hives.
I of course had to document the whole thing.

Fascinating and beautiful. It's too bad that bees sting, or else maybe the house could have remained a multi-family dwelling :)

Awesome! Something about the style and colors of the photographs give a particularly surreal feeling to the whole thing.
